Clarence Samuel
Managing Director of Pio Lanka Holidays Holidays
My passion for tourism began as a child, when my best friend and I would go to the hotel where his dad was the manager. I was amazed to see a Sri Lanka different from the one I knew from my family: I met tourists for the first time, discovered hotel pools, and filled my pockets with sweets given to me at the reception.
In love with this world, as an adult I decided to put my strong organizational skills to good use. After high school, I found a job as a tour assistant for a major brand in the industry, Kuoni and John Kells . I greeted people arriving to visit Sri Lanka at the airport, welcomed them, and while accompanying them to their hotel, I enthusiastically explained the tour that awaited them. I am, in fact, a communicative, cheerful, and courteous person. I have also worked for a British multinational tourism company and for other tour operators.

Thejitha Samuel is the Director of Piolanka Holidays and a dedicated professional in the tourism industry. He focuses on delivering quality travel experiences, managing tour operations, and ensuring excellent customer service. His leadership helps the company provide reliable and memorable tours across Sri Lanka.
