What we collect

Only what you type into our contact or enquiry forms, or send us on WhatsApp or email:

• your name and email address
• your phone number, if you give it
• your travel dates, the package you asked about and your message

What we use it for

To reply to you, plan your trip and send you a quote. We do not use it for advertising, we do not sell it, and we do not send a newsletter.

Who handles it for us

We use a few services to run this site:

• Cloudflare hosts this website and the private system where your enquiry is stored.
• Resend delivers the email that tells our team a new enquiry has arrived.
• WhatsApp, if you choose to message us there.

They process your details only to run the site for us. Some of them are based outside Sri Lanka.

Cookies and tracking

This site does not use cookies, advertising trackers or analytics. To stop spam, we keep your network address for up to 24 hours when you send a form.

How long we keep it

We keep an enquiry for as long as we need it to plan your trip and answer questions afterwards. Ask us and we will delete it sooner.

Photos of guests

We show photos of guests in our gallery only with their permission. If you are in a photo and want it removed, email us and we will take it down.

Your rights

You can ask to see the details we hold about you, correct them, or have them deleted. Email us and we will answer. If you live in the European Union or the United Kingdom, you can also complain to your local data protection authority.

Changes

If we change this page, we will update the date at the top.
